A T1 connection is a FAST connection to the
Internet. A T1 line is dedicated, meaning that it is always on and
there are no per minute charges. You do not need to dial in. The
connection is always active. With a T1 line, you can provide dozens
of computers with Internet access without modems, telephone lines,
and dialup accounts for each one. Given that most access is not
simultaneous, you can easily support 100 or more computers with
one T1 line. Global Internet Services monitors bandwidth usage to
ensure the T1 line supports your needs.
